The disturbances during the night, including unexpected entries into my room without prior notice, severely impacted my sense of safety and overall comfort.

When I did, the room was clean and had nice amenities like ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV, which added to the comfort. I loved the water pressure in the shower. it really refreshed me after a long drive. The beds were super comfy, and I appreciated the air conditioning, especially since I had a good temperature control. However, the breakfast could have offered more variety, although it was still better than some competitors. Plus, the pool was open, providing a nice way to unwind. One significant downside was the middle-of-the-night disturbance when someone came into my room unexpectedly. This was concerning and left me feeling unsettled, especially as I didn't get follow-up communication from the staff when I reported it. Despite that, the overall property was impressive with its clean aesthetics and nice atmosphere, making it a potentially great place to stay if the kinks get worked out.

The hotel is just a short walk to several great dining options like Flame Mexican Bistro, and it's only about 2 km from the Amarillo Botanical Gardens, which provide lovely park views for a perfect weekend stroll.
